This dentist office is one of a kind!!! From the moment I called with an emergency this office took care of me. Alia answered the phone on a Sunday morning and reassured me they could help. She not only reassured me but she showed empathy and care while I was under stress and incredible anxiety as my husband just lost his job, we lost our insurance, and he was in the hospital less than 24 hours prior for emergency surgery. Monday morning I was greeted with a smile and softness by Losha at the front desk. Stephen took the images quickly and carefully, and helped calm my anxiety. Alia and Dr. Rohan were exceptionally receptive of the amount of anxiety I had being there especially after finding out I would be having my first extraction today. They explained all my options and took time to answer all my questions, went slow through every step and was there for me literally holding my hand. This is the best dentist I have ever been to. Mind you, my dental fear is unmatched. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with not getting numb, the dentist not listening to me, and having some of the worst pain imaginable even getting cavities filled. Dr. Rohan was EXCEPTIONAL. I have never left a dental appointment genuinely looking forward to the next time I go in, until today. I felt heard and understood. My needs were cared for. And I had ZERO pain during an extraction + bridge procedure. They made sure I was plenty medicated, checked in on me throughout the process, and ensured my experience was nothing short of perfect. If you have dental work to get done, do not look any further. This is the place to go. I have seen a lot of dentist offices in my lifetime, but I have to say that the care I got was like none I ever had. I was extremely anxious and felt at ease. Dr. Rohan, Steven, Ale and Alia were wonderful. No judgement, explained it all and the front office was welcoming and friendly. You will not be disappointed. Their hours make it very convient. I'm very nervous about dental appointments, but this appointment went very well. The entire staff was kind and comforting. I am getting a crown & the actual procedure  was painless during and afterwards. Everyone took time to answer all of my questions, even during the procedure. Started My Day In Pain Ended The Day With No Pain Dr Rohan And His Dental Assistant Giavanna Assisted Me They Were Very Kind And Patient They Understood My Needs And Helped Me In Ways I’d Never Imagined Dr Rohan Has A Very Kind Heart His Employees Are Freaking Amazing Everyone There Felt Like Family They Are Very Gentle And Understanding The Procedure Didnt Take Long At All. The Office Was Set Up Beautifully Very Clean The Atmosphere Is Very Peaceful I Didn’t Want To Leave . However , They Served Me Well Today So I Had To Make Them My Permanent Dentist Office .The Wait Time Wasnt Long At All I Was Seen As Soon As I Finished My Paperwork. I’ve been at the dentist quite a bit lately and with my old dentist I would have hated every second of it, but here it’s been a breathe of fresh air. They are so welcoming and so kind! They are very up front about treatment and prices. Dr. Rohan chats with you, makes sure you understand everything (in a way you can comprehend easily) and always calls you by your name! Finding a good dentist is hard, add trying to find one on the weekend even harder. Especially one that isn’t part of a big corporation where I am just a body to them. I was blessed to find an excellent one open on Sunday! I had a broken tooth that had a cavity, the cavity became so bad that the nerve became exposed of course over the weekend. My pain levels were 10/10 Saturday night. I google searched and read review after review of the few that were open in my area of Clermont on a Sunday! “Your Clermont Dentist” was top of the list. They took my insurance, had sedation (nitrous oxide) available, and were open!! I called and got in a couple hours later. Dr. Madhyani and his hygienist Alia were absolutely fantastic. They made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, kept my anxiety levels down and reassured me about the whole procedure. I ended up having to have a root canal and a crown. They were able to take care of it all during this visit. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for that dentist that cares about their patients. I don’t know where to start. This is BY FAR  the best experience I have had at a dentist. I have severe dental anxiety and am new to town and from the first walk in on a Saturday none the less to the actual procedure it took 2 days both on a Saturday and Sunday! The office manager is AMAZING! The doctors actually care and they treat their clients like family. I will be resolving all my dental needs at Your Clermont Dentist! 🦷 Alie the hygienist/tech was sweet as could be as well and I am feeling so thankful for the immediacy of the work and availability.
